What’s poppin!!! I’m Nikko!! I grew up in The Northside of Denver Co. Traveled all over living In AZ and SF. Selling food and hustling has always been in my lineage. From Hot dog stands, to selling peanuts, chili shacks and bars. I’ve always been around it. After going through the service industry path, I came full circle and opened a hot dog cart outside of a strip club 10ish years ago. Went back and fourth through jobs, always learning something along the way be it good or bad. I had aspirations to open a food truck, stumbled upon one and did it.

I set my bar higher and wanted a kitchen, and after a few years I got one. I thought it was going to be as easy as a food truck and hot dog cart…. IT SURELY WAS NOT!! I had to battle some personal issues and a rough first year. But WE did it !!

I cannot forget all who helped me get here !! Because oh man it took a village to raise this lil baby! I’m proud. As I sit here with flooded eyes all I can do is say, good job kid, lil Niko is happy af and all his dreams were actually destiny just giving you a preview… keep moving forward.
